Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a full full refund for cancellations that occur inside of a 48 hour period before a customers scheduled departure time. However, if a cancellation is made between 12 and 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, a cancellation fee of three-hundred dollars ($300.00) will need to be charged. If a cancellation is made less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, * fifty-percent (50%) of the quoted rate will be refunded. 

In an unlikely event of a ** mechanical issue preventing or delaying a flight, Pacific Air Charters will use all available resources to accommodate your trip.

If a mechanical occurs, a back-up option , If available, will be offered. Pacific Air Charters may offer an upgrade to a similar, or larger aircraft at the same cost, or slightly more, with our customers consent . Pacific Air Charters will always do its best to match any back-up option to the original aircraft model, age, and price.

It is also possible that the back-up aircraft charters at a lower price than what our customers have already paid for.
In the event we are unable to source a back-up aircraft to your liking, you will get a full or partial refund that covers any routes not flown. If a mechanical irregularity happens at the beginning of a customers trip, all customers will be given a full refund and immediate assistance to secure another flight. 

* Your pilot(s) prepare well in advance for all scheduled flights and are required to meet FAA rest, and other requirements.

** A “mechanical” is an industry term for any irregularity or failure of any airframe or engine component
